Budget Inn Bend

Horrible staff, don't expect to be greeted kindly when coming here, they ask for money for everything (service dogs, parking big truck, etc.), scamming people, and they can barely speak English. Filed complaint to Oregon department of revenue but also with BBB. Just horrible service, even worse rooms, we could not stay there with the amount of homeless in rooms and around property. NOT SAFE at all!!!

What a cute little spot! 15 minutes or so from the airport. Everything is nearby. This is clearly a family business. Not enough of these left these days! It is a no frills clean and friendly spot! |I stayed in room 109 for 4 days.|| Upon walking in to the room and shutting the door, I noticed the fresh smell. I also observed the family doing thorough cleanings of the rooms every morning. ||I enjoyed a big comfortable bed, and a nice amount of space in my room. The owners always took a little time to smile, chat, or wave whenever I crossed paths with them. |I almost forgot to mention the beautiful flowing river right behind the property! Very relaxing to sit at while I drink my coffee in the morning!||Before you book a motel 6 or somewhere else, I would recommend giving this spot a try! :)

Positive: friendly receptionist. clean room. Negative: no ice machine. terrible tv reception, crowded parking

I shared with the person at the desk that I had one pet and one service animal. He asked for papers to prove that the dog was a service animal, which is not legal to ask for. He was not friendly or hospitable in the slightest and gave the impression that he thought I was lying about the service animal. A different person came to the desk and was friendlier. The room was clean. I would never stay here again given how the employee treated me.

the place was good. The room was clean and fairly large. My only concern is that it doesn't appear that the person running things is very good about securing sensitive information. i was in the lobby alone with a copy of someone's license in plan view and no one to keep.me from taking it. there was a stack of copies out there.
