The property was in extremely poor and unacceptable condition. Upon opening the first door, I was immediately hit by a strong urine odor. The smell was so intense that I had to hold my breath while going upstairs. Although slightly less noticeable on the second floor, it was still present in the bedroom, raising serious hygiene concerns. The bedroom was very small and poorly maintained, with only a small table and one chair. The bedsheets did not appear clean. There was no space for luggage or a place to hang clothes. A small closet was available but empty, with no hangers and a strong musty odor, making it unusable. The bathroom and kitchen were outside the room, and the kitchen sink was filled with dirty dishes.
