Customer Reviews
Country living in the city. Nice small park with paved road, concrete pads and gravel sites. Next to a field of green vegetables and morning roosters makes for a country feel. Walmart Neighborhood store walking distance away. If you enjoy walking the canal is a block and a half away and a great place to take a stoll. Nice, grassy dog area to utilize if you have pets. A nice secure bathroom and shower building is also accessible. Monthly get-togethers plus weekly activities are available also. Will need to have your own internet access. We got purchased Spectum and have been very happy with it. Manager Sheri has been on top of things here and is a great asset to the property. All in all we would definitely rent here again. Thank you Buckeye Trails for a great winter experience
LOOKS VERY NICE. NEW PAVING AND OTHER UPGRADES. BEAUTIFUL GRASS AND FRIENDLY RESIDENTS And NEW NAME, BUCKEYE TRAILS. SAME PHONE NUMBER
Very friendly people! Very easy registration to checkin! They even do events for their park residents! Was easy to get set up. They at least answer their phones and return calls! Lots of other parks didn’t even return calls! I would stay here again!
This rv park is small and clean. They are trying to make it look good considering the area it is in. We traveled here from canada. Our first time to Arizona. This park is not in a good area of the city. The surrounding area is bad. The park is fenced but not gated. There is a “farm yard” behind the park that houses chickens , goats , a horse and a pig. I think this might be the reason there were lots of flies. The long term residents don’t appear to like short term guests. There are NO amenities.
Didn't stay here, but it is a very cute park and has gone thru a major remodel. Trees and grass too!
