It's a nice simple place with great neighbors and very quiet area

If the was an option for negative stars or zero stars I would have chosen that option but it was not available. I paid rent on July 19th 2021 and stayed there less than a month and moved out. It is $515 monthly which it is not worth but nevertheless on August the 9th after moving out I was charged again I contacted the owner because she is the only one that speaks English and she was rude at first and I just let her know she could pay me back what she stole or I could go the legal route and she absolutely ghosted me. She 100% STOLE $515 from me even after agreeing to reimburse me she never did. If you like the thought of fleas and having money stole this is the place for you if not I would definitely do a Google search and call anyone else in the area.

Don’t stay here unless you are bilingual and want to mow your own yard, and ditch potholes. The manager that runs park doesn’t speak English. Yard hasn’t been mowed, weeds high and yard has fleas. Getting in park is rough and potholes in the roads in the park. Laundry onsite, unfortunate only one washer and one dryer works, free WiFi but good luck using it. But there is no wasting time on collecting rent.

It's a nice area only if they would mow the lawn.. And maybe put pic nic tables for the people staying there. So in case they bring thier family they would have a place to sit n chill in the evening..

Clean place, quiet and very convenient, looking foward to work on the vicinity so I can spend some time there!
