Rodeway Inn

Room was great, has all the things one needs: -microwave -Iron/iron Board - Hairdryer - Mini fridge A/C worked great!! Only thing I would take away like 10 points is.. The rooms were booked the day before and I checked in around 6:30 pm keep in mind we’re coming from working a 12 hr shift just wanted the key but we had to wait about 15 mins for them to clean the room. Just didn’t make sense for me. Also the door didn’t have a deadbolt. Other than that … great place I’d come back👍

Positive: Clean & comfortable room, helpful staff. Negative: I've stayed here twice and this hotel has the goofiest TV system I've ever seen. Not very user friendly.

I arrived at 3:10 PM. 10 minutes after checkin time. Got checked in and was told that my room wouldn't be cleaned for 40 minutes. Waited for an hour, room hadn't been touched. Waited another 20 minutes. Told the manager that I wanted to cancel. He said he couldn't. Called Choice Hotels. They said they spoke to the manager and he said it would be done in 20 minutes. Waited another hour, I think the manager was mad that I complained and cleaned my room last. He said he would give me a free night to make up for the wait and told me he would only charge me for 2 nights instead of the 3 I had reserved. Checked out after 3 nights and of course he charged me for 3 nights. Was staying there at least once a month, will never stay there again.

Positive: Easy to get to. No frills, but adequate and comfortable. Friendly staff. Negative: I'm not a "High-tech" guy. But I never could get the TV system figured out, even after the night manager came to my room and got it set up.

Clean rooms quite staff friendly and helpful breakfast simple cereal and microwave burritos rooms have coffee pot but no coffee but definitely worth the price if you book online no cable but has wifi
