Brookwood Courtyard Furnished Short-Term Condominiums / Corporate Apartments / Vacation Rentals

A large one bedroom apartment right across the road from Peachtree Amtrak Station, in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. It was spacious, clean and relatively modern. Everything is provided including washing machine and dryer. Bed and pillows were ok, nice and quiet for a good sleep. Plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance. Good wifi. Shower good hot water and water pressure. Convenient PowerPoints and charging points. Excellent communication with instructions - no problems whatsoever in that regard. Simple, easy to follow. No ceiling lights except the kitchen making it a bit dull for reading. On ground floor with no light curtains to allow light - and privacy, but overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

Looked for a rental near SCAD Savannah GA. Was given a room in an apartment in Atlanta near the SCAD campus there. They booked the wrong property for me and the property offers no cancellation even if booked through Expedia, hotels, VRBO...etc. I was stuck with a $750 bill for a room in a city I never used, and they would not let me cancel the reservation.

We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations for such a reasonably priced place. Essentially a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, dish washer, and washer dryer in the unit. Although we were only here for a few days, I could easily see this as an extended stay location, Much more homy and comfortable than a hotel. Perfect location in Atlanta, out of the hustle and bustle of the city but only a 5-15 minute Uber or Lyft ride from just about anything. Local restaurants and cafes within an easy walks distance. Check in and check out was a breeze, we were given a key code before we arrived and there was no need to check in at a front desk.
