Brookhurst Plaza Inn

Beds were ok. Didn't like the shower pressure, it was very weak and no hot water. It was Luke warm. Almost got stuck in elevator. Had to pay for ice machine too use... Lobby was nice.

It was perfectly priced for our family's trip to Disneyland. We lyfted from the hotel to the park that wasn't nearly as expensive as paying for park parking. The pool was closed for repairs so that bummed us out a little for our first day, but we made the best of it. Rooms were nice and clean and exactly what we needed.

When I got to the hotel, I definitely said I can wait to give this hotel a 5 stars review because they definitely deserve it. I recommend 101% Brookhurst Plaza hotel when staying in California. I’ve been to California multiple times with my family and I always look for budget friendly, clean hotel for me and my family and Brookhurst was the right choice. This hotel is very clean, pool is clean, dining is clean, and our room smells good everyday because housekeeping cleans everyday. A budget friendly, great location, not crowded and most of all the staff are great!!! Pamela at front desk provide excellent service and very friendly. We stayed here for 2 nights to go to Disneyland. Just my wife and l. The location is close to Disney with places to eat near by. Everything within walking distance. The room was clean, the location was nice and the staff was friendly. My only problem was that the bath water is not very hot. The water for the shower only got me warm at best. and the bed is a little hard.

I gave this hotel a 5 star so you can see my review ! I have been coming here for over 4 years and we pay on time and never had a problem with anyone here, the rooms are good,however there is this employee (ANTHONY) he wouldn’t take us and told up there wasn’t any rooms available. We then went on Expedia and booked a room that was clearly available and called saying we booked and if there was rooms he said YES! I don’t know if he has a problem with the fact that I’m a Muslim women ! I’m guessing that’s the case since he then took in another couple. Sucks for a nice place to have such a racist employee especially in a diverse area ! SHAME
