⭐ 1-Star Review Roach-Infested Unit & Refusal to Issue Refund My experience with this rental property was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we immediately discovered multiple roaches throughout the unit — on the floors, near the sink, and even coming from the walls. I provided photo and video proof to the owner, yet they insisted the unit had been “cleaned and prepared” and claimed this situation was “unusual,” despite clear evidence of an infestation. Not only was the apartment unsanitary, but the unit also smelled like mildew and the floors were sticky, proving it had not been properly cleaned before our stay. My family was so uncomfortable and unsafe that we ended up sleeping in our car, especially because one of my family members has allergies. Even

Scam! That's why you see the low prices. Think twice before booking here. Should have been cautious when I saw their horrible ratings. I made a booking for the wrong date and within hours reached out to them to cancel. They won't respond for days. They won't pick up calls or responds to messages. Even Booking.com couldn't contact them for the first few days. Then they respond after a few days with lame reasons. Your money is gone when you book with them.

I’m currently here now . Can not get into contact with anyone! The hotel a/c is not working and the dehumidifier is blowing out hot air!!. Why is there no team to call that actually answers the phone??. Will not be booking again.

Cheap South Beach pad, cheap everything else 😬. Filthy rooms, moldy smells, cockroaches, dirty bedding, and misleading photos. Parking is a nightmare, AC and hot water are unreliable, layouts are cramped, and management is MIA 😤. Add a 25+ minute walk to the beach and the value disappears. Save your $$—hard pass 🤦‍♂️💸.

⭐️ 1/5 – False advertising, unsafe, and unresponsive host. This place was a complete scam. We booked what was advertised as a 3-bedroom apartment, but in reality it had only one real bedroom—everything else was makeshift, with beds shoved into the living room and other open areas. Absolutely not suitable for a group, and nothing like what was shown in the listing. Worse, the entire place reeked of a chemical smell (mothballs/naphthalene), which made our clothes stink and raised serious health concerns. We had to check out early and spend nearly $3,000 on a new property just to be able to finish our trip comfortably. Booking.com confirmed in writing that the listing was inaccurate, but the host ignored all communication. The platform offered us a laughable $36 as compensation. Avoid this
