Boutique Apartments Miami - Sorrento

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, the toilet was broken and the shower didn’t get hot. The TV NETFIX and other services were set to Spanish and we could not figure out how to change it. The only thing I appreciated was the restaurant. None of us were able to sleep while there. It was a horrible experience!

Stayed at the Sorrento villas with my family and i was suprised when I saw how big the room/apartment was. We had 2 rooms with a kitchen. The kitchen had a stow, microwaveowen, toaster and coffeebrewer. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and nice. There are 5 complimentary parkingspaces, on first to come basis, otherwise you can park on the street outside. The sorrento villas are just 2 blocks from the beach, less than 5 minutes to walk. There are restaurants and groceriesstores in the area. The northbeach area are less crowded than southbeach.

Absolutely loved my stay here! My flight got delayed and I didn't to the room until 12am and check in was seamless. I had no issue with door code. Everything worked perfect. The room look just like the pictures. It was clean upon arrival and the location was perfect. Beach was a 5 minute walk with all kinds of store and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back.

The room did not correspond to the photo or this photo was taken 10 years ago. It was very dirty, the smell of mold and cockroaches were running around. The bed is very soft and it is impossible to sleep on it uncomfortably. TV and kettle did not work. The air conditioner looks 20 years old with clogged filters. After I saw the room, I immediately contacted the property to get a refund. They refused several times. I asked to change the number with an additional payment, they also refused. Although the hotel had 70-80% free rooms. I tried to call 20 times no answer. Messages were answered very slowly and rudely. We rented a room for 3 days, but left on the second day to a hotel nearby, which was cheaper and 10 times better. If you are reading this text, never book a room here!!!

Incredibly bad service! We stayed for 3 days. Our room was not cleaned even once and our towels were not even changed. We asked for towels on our departure day and they said "no"! The parking lot is only for 3 cars and we were fined for parking in front of the hotel. I never recommend it.
