Bokai Garden Hotel

I would have loved to give it a 5 star review, especially since the front desk returned my phone, after I forgot it on the counter! But some things need to be addressed. One reason I chose this motel was for the hot tub. As soon as we got there I asked the front desk for extra towels for the hot tub. He sent the towels to the room, but never told us that the hot tub wasn't working. That was really disappointing! The room was missing hand towels and wash clothes. The shower drain had hair in it and drained too slow. Yuk! The shower, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash dispenser, was falling off the wall and I could barely get any conditioner to come out of it. These things are major and basic so I hope the motel sees this and corrects the problems. Other than that, we had an amazing time! I

Positive: The balcony was nice in the bed was comfortable. The room was recently remodeled but the bathrooms needed a little bit of work. But overall it was pretty clean no major issues with anything. All in all good deal for the price of the room. Negative: No ice bucket in the room.

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. The hotel shares a parking lot with nearby apartments, but this was never disclosed to us at check-in or during booking. There were no warning signs, notices, or clear markings indicating that part of the parking area belonged to the apartments. As hotel guests, we parked there believing it was hotel parking. Unfortunately, our car tires were damaged as a result, and we were forced to replace two tires at our own expense, which caused significant inconvenience and unexpected cost during our trip. This situation could have been easily avoided if the hotel had provided clear communication or proper signage. Guests should not be put at risk due to unclear parking arrangements. ⚠️ WARNING: SCAM HOTEL – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!||★☆☆☆☆||||I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel at Bokai Gardens Motel — and I feel obligated to warn others so they don’t get ripped off the way I did.||||I made a seven-night reservation through Agoda at 7:00 PM, expecting to check in the next morning (not even 12 hours later). Nowhere on the listing did it state that failure to check in before midnight would result in forfeiting your entire stay. That detail was hidden — if it even exists at all.||||When I showed up at 7:00 AM the next morning, the man at the front desk flat-out told me my reservation was “auto-canceled” because I didn’t arrive before midnight. A friend booked this hotel. Upon arrival, it look old and outdated because it is. Old elevator Old building and cracked road Big parking lot and some trashes outside, smelly. However, room 216, we got lucky that our room was newly remodel. New toilet, new lights, everything but ac. Comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient near the hwy and shopping center is across the street. A chinese restaurant is on the same lot to walk and order food. Nice name for a hotel and with more remodeling, it could be better.
