Blue Water Inn & Suites, BW Signature Collection - N Topsail Beach

It's a weathered lady for sure. The foundation seems a little wonky. The rooms are as expected for a 2 star hotel. For a 3 night stay it wasn't bad. The bedding could have been better as the pillows for a king size bed were child size. The lounge chair in the room looked oddly stained. I feel like they do patch work to modernize the room. The front lounge and dining area are very nice. You can tell that the employees put in work to make it look nice. The breakfast is okay. It's not the employees fault but the selections aren't the best. The yogurt comes from a container which they place in another container. They also cut up the fruit themselves. The coffee was odd tasting. It'd be nice if the fruit juice machine worked all day and not just in the morning. The employees are super nice. It'

Older hotel well maintained close to beaches. Staff was friendly except breakfast lady . Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired with ridiculous policies. ||The outdoor pool was clean

My husband & I are BW members & we were on our way to South Carolina. Our plans were to spend 2 nights, but with snow storm we stayed an extra night. There was no problem getting the room. The staff was amazing from the time we arrived until we checked out. The only thing was with the snow, no plowing was done. This is understandable due to the fact that NC is not prepared for snow of the magnitude that came down. We still would stay again if in the area.

I stayed here for one night over the last weekend, and it was honestly awful. The bed made horrible metal noises every time I moved, literally as soon as I put my hand on it, so I couldn’t sleep at all. The bathroom sink was completely clogged, so I had to brush my teeth in the bathtub. Even by the time I checked out, still clogged. On top of that, other guests were yelling, slamming doors, and arguing past 2 a.m. It was impossible to rest. There were only three cars in the parking lot, so they easily could’ve spaced out the rooms to give guests some peace. I paid over $170 for this stay, total waste of money. Never again.
