BlissPoint Inn Northwest Indianapolis

The hotel wasn't even close to the pictures. Cracks in the walls, flooring was moving apart, holes and soft spots in the floor as well. A 1.5 inch gap under the door letting a ton of light in. The windows leaked and they had mold on them. Towels had awful stains and the tub was broke into a u shape. Also the neighborhood is not safe! There was a shooting right outside our window. Stay clear of this one.

i wouldn’t go there again even if the room was free. i left my 200$ bathing suit in the room , call the next day to be told they haven’t cleaned the room call back in 2 days. call back in two days to be told they don’t have my bathing suit. so im guessing the cleaning people stole my bathing suit. which is just weird!!!! the people there don’t even speak english. 0/10 just save your money and sleep in your car.

They say they are pet friendly, but upon arrival after a long drive they won't let us bring our service dog in we have the tags and paperwork. They didn't care and told us if we tried to bring her in they would call police. Soo we had to call Super to get money back. How embarrassing for super. They were going to also put in a complaint for false advertising.

Hotel was nasty. They had roaches everywhere. Sheets was dirty, room had dirty towels and when I told them my room had roaches they said it's nothing they can do. I literally had to toss all my bags because roaches was near them. I didn't take no chance with bringing them to my clean home. I will never ever stay here again.

If I could give this establishment a -☆I definitely would I come in from out of town after checking with there website and on super both sites said pets are allowed got to the hotel and the guy was rude as he'll to me and after I told him I'd let my mom take her back home with her he called me a lier and still refused to give me the room I had already paid in advance for so thumbs down to the hole establishment they get a big fat -0 stars
