I’ll try to express the best that I can in this review. This place is wonderful, but it’s not just the location, but also the energy and the management, truly just an outstanding atmosphere . The place is literally one block away from the beach next to multiple restaurants Starbucks clubs and many more in walking distance. This place is literally at the heart of the beach in between South Beach and South point. If you want to be in the mix of everything, but also have some time where you’re able to relax without the overwhelming tourist noise but still be in the mix this is the place. I love Blanc kara. The hotel environment is nice and deserves the high priced rate compared to other hotels in the area. But the staff communication and the way they handle guests is very unprofessional.||We made a reservation for a three-night stay. During the booking process, we chose the non-refundable option. Approximately three weeks before our scheduled arrival, our plans changed and we asked the hotel management four times to cancel the reservation for family reasons and requested a refund. We assumed that three weeks was enough time for the hotel to rebook our room by anyone else. Each time, I received a response from the front desk manager that the hotel's policy regarding non-refundable reservations did not allow this. Yes, yes, and yes! My expectations are exceeded across the board, after a 4 night stay at Blanc Kara. This space is listed as 3 star, and yet the wonderful location, cozy accommodation, and charming staff truly made this a 5 star experience, in my book. 💫 The absence of screaming, squealing toddlers (as much as we love them) truly makes this a peaceful retreat. A very cozy, romantic vibe prevails here. The room was beautifully clean, and well equipped. Incredibly fluffy pillows and bedding were my personal highlight, not to mention a sunlit, large personal terrace….the perfect place to even out those tanlines. 🌞 The breakfast includes delicious, toasty croissants. Spacious rooms and a lovely dining area, with the added bonus of being close to the beach. Check-in was a bit slow, and the breakfast lacked variety—especially for vegetarians. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
