It will be better if the room had been deep cleaned

Booked through a second party. Pictures on there are nothing at all like what the property and rooms look like. Pulling up there were homeless people sitting out front. I still decided on the benefit of the doubt. Walked inside and immediately smelled marijuana smells throughout. Still wasted my time by checking in thinking it couldn’t be too bad. Walked in to room 205 and instantly saw filth. Didn’t even have to turn all of the lights on to see the dirt and stains on the bed linens. Walked right back down to the front desk and asked for a refund. He told me that since I booked through a third party I needed to request the refund through them and they would then have to refund that company to refund me. They offer super weekly rates! I appreciate that. The staff is so friendly and hard working. The complimentary coffee hits the spot. It’s nice not have to drive two hours each way for work! Pet friendly! Not much extra. You can be see there trying very hard to make everything more inviting! If value is your thing, this is the place to stay!

At first glance, not impressive. In the lobby, the ice machine and one if the two vending machines were broken. In my room, the clothes rail’s left bracket was hanging with only a screw. Fridge and microwave but no coffee-making machine. The control flap/door on the aircon/heater had broken hinges and just sitting on top of the unit. TV is small but adequate, however there are no instructions available and was a bit of a juggle to get it going. The previous occupant must have had fun, as they got into the settings and everything had to be reset to the right settings. Shower had bits of old soap on the floor. I'm a single mother of 5 and my family has been having struggles with where to go. I decided to make the most inexpensive choice which was the bison inn and suites. Every check in at this hotel the hospitality has been beyond rude from the management. I've spent hundreds of dollars here, never once smoked in the room, never damaged any property and have always been polite. I have even paid there early check in fee as asked. So today I check into the hotel at 3pm and the manager lady who lives downstairs tells me I'm on a do not rent list. I asked her why, she lied and says I never paid the fee. There's proof on the cameras I know for a fact. As I politely ask for her bosses name and number she completely blew me off, rolled her eyes and told me to cancel my reservation. I tell her I can't
