Bismarck Motor Motel

The staff is wonderful. The location is very convenient and walkable to most places. I had an issue with the sink in my room. The maintenance came immediately fixed the issue for the moment and we're back within the day to permanently fix the issue. They are very respectable and courteous. Would stay here again. Only gave the room 4 stars because it isn't a 5 star hotel, but they are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

I rent a trailer which needs repairs. Took almost 5yrs to tear down the horrible deck which I almost went through. It was a hazard. I have a kitchen sink needing to be fixed for more than a year. They installed a new toilet which continues to have leaks. Sent a complaint to the city

Disgusting! My homeless shelter got me a room and idk if they gave me a gross room because they knew I was homeless but talk about nasty! Dirty sheets bed bugs and the a/c unit was disgusting full of black mold. It smelled heavy like wet dog and cigarette smoke. I went to rest and heal but I spent the whole time dealing with bugs and trying to get the smell out. Must be why my spider bit got bigger, cleaning the nasty a/c unit. Sick!

My brother and I stay here. Clean rooms and good prices.
