Birch Run/Frankenmuth Hotel

The hotel is nice. Although the fireplace in our suite doesn’t work. Not much of a continental breakfast, but it’s minute from Frankenmuth.

Just because I have a dog. I got to sleep in a dumpy dirty room. Kids destroy rooms more than my clean, Well behaved dog does.! Never again.

First the room was motel style with a door that lead to the outside! The bed was comfortable but the room could have used a little TLC! Also there was no Bible in any drawer! The bathtub strip liners were worn down and bathroom was small… could have used more towels.. The breakfast was lousy! There was one toaster that had to accommodate several people wanting to toast a muffin… sausage and egg was room temperature … orange juice was warm and not cold… just expected more for the price we paid…wouldn’t have hurt for the front desk clerks to crack a smile either!

The hotel was very clean the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. There was 24/7 coffee (decaf and regular) and other hot beverages in the lobby. Very nice breakfirst area with lots of seating. The breakfast included a wide selection of breakfast items. The only thing I would like to suggest is some gluten free and dairy free items because I have those allergies. What saved the day was the refrigerator and microwave in the room, I was able to bring my own food for breakfast luckily. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, he says the waffles are excellent. We really both enjoyed the hot tub. Was a relaxing way to end the day after a lot of walking and shopping in the area. Located very close to the birch run outlet stores. Look forward to our next stay.

We enjoyed our weekend stay!!! Very friendly, they were prompt and friendly when asked for extra towels and a pillow. The free breakfast was great!! Pool and hot tub were clean and nice! The pub inside was great to have also! Nice are, close to Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Dead Creek Bar had great food and drink!! All and all we would stay there again!
