Bigfoot's Lair

We had the most beautiful anniversary weekend at Bigfoot’s Lair in Tennessee. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully detailed with Bigfoot touches throughout. We loved the fireplace, the stunning kitchen, the balcony with mountain views, and the comfy loft bed. The hot tub, sauna, and fire pit with swings made it so peaceful and romantic. It was the perfect mountain getaway — we can’t wait to come back!

I booked a last-minute long weekend getaway at Bigfoot Mountain Vacation Rentals after the holidays for my girlfriend and me and it was a great decision. The cabin was cozy, private and perfect for unplugging. After hiking the trails right on the property, relaxing in the hot tub was the best part of the day and the sauna was an awesome bonus. Clean, peaceful and definitely earned me some bonus boyfriend points. Highly recommend for a romantic escape! 🏔️🔥

My wife and I spent a week at Bigfoot’s Lair and it was an awesome experience. A great retreat for a couple looking to get away, you can do nothing and just enjoy the location or you can find plenty of things to do in Mountain City or just a half hour away from Boone NC.

We slipped away for the weekend and it couldn’t have been better. Snowy mornings, crisp air, and long quiet moments made everything slow down in the best way. Between relaxing in the hot tub and wandering the trails with our pup, it felt like a reset we didn’t even know we needed. Already wishing we were back. 🐾❄️
