Ok park. Cheap, so u get what u pay for. Tenants r loud & there's always some kind drama. The Manager(sandy) is sweet lady, but the best part is its in the country

I went to rent a RV in the park, paid a deposit..waited 3 days for work to be done. Nothing was done!! They kept my deposit which is illegal!! I never signed a contract with them just the background check! Don't believe the lie about the owner working for the Pentagon. He lives right here in Okeechobee!! They are SCAM ARTIST!!

I GIVE THIS PLACE -MINUS 5 STARS!!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!!! This place is pure trash!!! From the owner to management to all the residence. They don't keep up with their lawn maintenance. EVERYONE in the park is either ALCOHOLICS, DRUGGIES (ALL drugs including prescription meds), THIEVES, RACIST (even to their own kind), LIERS, ABUSERS, JUST ALL AROUND TRUE SCUM!!!! SLUMLORDS is putting it nicely. If you have a problem with anything maintenance wise (sewer, electric, water, lawn) they tell you they will fix the issues but NEVER do. I had electrical problems for 4 months. I told management Mike Chism and he said I had to talk to the owner Larry. This trailer park was so trashy that I thought I was in hell it was so unorganized and trash everywhere and bugs and roaches. I did D bug my house before I went back inside. It was bugs all over the place and trailers everywhere you’re welcome for the survey Google.

So much drama in this park !!! Do not come here !! There is DRUG activity all night long . There are good people like the manager is very nice but other then that it’s horrible . You will lose alot money living here . TRUST ME
