Big Lake Inn

Sean is amazing. Me and my family were having a rough time when we came to get a room. He was helpful, he gave us extra pillows for the kiddos. Put a new ac unit in our room to keep it cool, and worked with us a few times. He paid for my washer one time because they have onsite laundry. Rooms are decent sized and priced better then any other place. Our neighbors were nice, he keeps up with the place && is very enjoyable to be around, friendly host. I would 100/10 recommend if your in need of something. He was friendly with the kids, was someone I could sit and talk too.

Sean was a great host. We communicated well before arriving and loved our stay! I recommend and want to return. It is an older hotel, but they are constantly working on improvements, our room was excellent. When I return, this is the place I am checking with first. Reasonable, close to the Herbert Hoover Dike, the lake, and plenty of places to visit and explore.

My Two year and I called this place home for about 3 or 4 months. After a stressful move across the country. Sean was awesome from day one. The rooms are in the smaller side and this was told to me from day one, but I felt so safe upon arrival and was able to put my child to sleep in a freshly made bed and freshly cleaned room. I would return.

Clean environment, great atmosphere, great service, and the parking lot was very clean. Customer friendly, excellent customer service, and a great place to stop by and get away. Big lakes inn thanks for having me it's a very quiet relaxing environment as well 💯👌

So I came here after I got out of jail, after losing everything because my wife turned into a drug addict, lost my home,my kids, my dogs. Everything I owned,turns out my wife took out a car loan in her grandma's name that the repo man been looking for, so once I found that out called my wife out about it, she drives it straight to the back with Shawn he's been hiding the car while she lies to him saying we use to go on our child visits with DCF which DCF takes us to, but Shawn has been hiding the car in the back, meanwhile Ive seen a guy who was renting here break out a window with his 19 yeat old girlfriend standing outside. Cut his foot damn near off flooded the room. Took him to be baker acted and than came back and arrested Shawn for child support,you wanna talk about the definition of
