Excellent place where the tenants live there for a long term . Best location in downtown . Near Holliday park . Security , parking . All inclusive internet/water/electricity bills for an apartment with kitchenette $950/month or with a private bedroom / jacuzzi bath and living room $1200/month. Label veterans .

I needed a room asap and shai had got me, my brother, and my my puppy a room he accepted cash right away and booked us 15th to the 19th but unfortunately we didn’t stay that long!! Anyways it was a full room with a kitchen, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, plug in stove! Anyways I recommend this place! Unfortunately there are people who argue though so that was a downfall but everything else was good! I will definitely be booking here again😊

We work directly with this motel to offer tours. The guests are mostly locals from Wyoming, but also from different states. They have positive feedback on the motel every month, which is clean and safe. The new owner is very dynamic in setting up events, and maintaining the motel with a good reputation. We came back late from Saragosa, and we stayed to sleep. The sheets were very clean, the security service efficient. We slept very well. There were new towels and bathroom products. We cooked in the room and had a very nice morning. I recommend this place, the owner is very welcoming. This picture was taken on the big holiday park just 5 min by walk from the motel.

I stayed 4 months on this place and I can tell you to don't judge because it's à vintage motel. The place is safe, the owner is so friendly. I met some peoples and they become my friends. I loved the environment near to everything in dowtown Cheyenne. The nights was quiet, and I really appreciated all the efforts for get an apartment fully equipped. At the end, I loved the style vintage and I learned à lot about all the persons I met. Thank you Big Horn.

Booked a room for Cheyenne frontier days 4 months ahead of time only for them to cancel my room 2 weeks before for flood damage. Don’t book a room here. Very unprofessional
