Big Chile Inn & Suites

Me and my husband stayed there this past weekend and Paul was amazing he was friendly even tho he was training a new employee. He wanted to make sure that our room was great even discounted the price. The whole hotel seemed very different from the last time we were there 7yrs ago. Hotel was clean and quiet and all around just great. Definitely will refer friends and family for future visits. And ill Definitely book with Big Chille Inn again.

I'm impressed by how clean the place is! The folks at the front desk are very helpful, friendly, and concerned about the happiness of their guests. Even the smallest issue (fuzzy tv reception) is dealt with immediately. The management could not be more accommodating and helpful. I recommend the Big Chile Hotel and Suites to anyone needing an over-nite or weekly place to stay.

I needed a quick emergency room to stay at for a week that is in my price range. |I know this area has a reputation but I saw that they have new management and have been doing a lot of upgrading so I decided to check it out |I got room 231. It has a big nice comfortable bed and a kitchenette. And a nice view of the beautiful courtyard |It is a nice big clean room with a tub and shower so I enjoyed soaking in the tub |They let me keep my pet bird which I am very happy about |It’s safe and secure and went beyond my expectations.

Being homeless is hard enough already, so it's been nice to stay somewhere we feel welcome. Paul and Gary have been especially helpful with getting us settled in and answering questions. The rest of the staff is friendly and attentive. I feel safe here even with the picacho location and they are making improvements and have the coy pond looking phenomenal. Keep up the good work you guys. Great team!!

Currently have a room here. It's a great little community they built here. The Rooms are great very clean. The staff is very accommodating and kind. The first room I had was great had a beautiful view of the mountains but things happened personally and we had to move rooms. The Second room was also great. Beautiful little pond with fish. Nice pool they keep clean. Over all id say it's been a positive experience. The staff care about each other and really care about this place and their guests. The security is top notch to and someone is usually always watching the cameras. I do feel safe and comfortable here which is something most hotels fail to do. The big chili out front is definitely something to see! I'd definitely recommend the big chili inn great price, great staff, great rooms, sec
