I recommend using Big Bear Vacations to everyone I know. Reason being is because they always treat us right. We have gone through Big Bear Vacations for over 10 years. Stefanie has been great to us she always is there to assist us in all our needs. She spends time to help us look for a cabin fits us the best. I am happy she has been promoted which is well deserved. She has gone above and beyond for us. I also have had the privilege to talk to Juan which he is the person that is assisting me on renting the right cabin for my family and I. He is very knowledgeable and great aswell as Stepfanie is to us. Everybody we have encountered at Big Bear Vacations is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. One of the best vacation rental places. We took a cabin in Big Bear for one weekend before Christmas. The cabins are amazing and they had lovely Xmas decorations all over the cabin. Also it is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils that makes quick cooking easier. The cabins are big, well heated and very aesthetically pleasing.

Another amazing trip added to the books! We made a trip in mid November and Stefanie with Big Bear Vacations handled our reservation and as always with wonderful customer service she made an awesome recommendation for the cutest and super clean cabin we loved everything about it! #2581 Golden West! Absolutely loved our stay with the beautiful lake view! We were fortunate to have snow mid-week as a treat! Nice surprise to have shampoo and conditioner provided as I forgot to pack my own. Enjoyed our time playing pool as well as relaxing by both fireplaces. Quick drive to town and ski resorts where our daughter spent 3 days snowboarding. We wished we had more time to use the spa, maybe next time! Can’t wait to come back!

Communication was great leading up to the trip with questions and concerns addressed and answered in a timely manner. Host gave lots of informative info on where to go and dog friendly places to visit. This was extremely helpful. Our cabin was clean and cozy. My only concerns and words for improvement is to get the check in details atleast the early morning of your departure to Big Bear. I had to message to get the info as we were already on our way. Its convenient to receive this info the night before or early morning so you have everything you need upon arrival. I also did not like having to take all trash to a local dump site. Granted, it was only 5 mins away, but it is a HUGE inconvenience, especially when trying to pack up the day of your departure. There should be commercial city b
