Big Bear Spa Suites

We stayed there for two days the first day we were not able to check in until three hours after check-in time The first night wasn’t so bad besides the late check-in and the cleanliness of the room there was fake rose petals everywhere that they did not clean up as well as beer bottle caps! We even found some kind of larva in the spa ! Then whoever they had in the room above us was tap dancing From 930 at night to five in the morning sounded like someone was having a party upstairs stomping around and what sounded like a skateboard riding back-and-forth. When I brought this to their attention they promised me a partial refund and still months later it has not been received very poor service and communication

This property was absolutely disgusting. Our unit had dirty/stained and unwashed sheets, BLOOD ON THE FLOOR of the unit, used toiletries, and unwashed cups and mugs. The Jacuzzi that's advertised with the room was uncleaned and had mold and grime in the jets/vents. The property manager offered to move me to a different suite, and when I asked where we'd move to, they were non responsive until 1015 pm, 3 hours after they offered to relocate me, at which point I had already booked a room elsewhere since the room was uninhabitable. Avoid this property at all costs unless you like disgusting rooms and horrific, incompetent and vile management.

This owner has renamed his property in an attempt to hide from MULTIPLE HORRIBLE REVIEWS. In addition, my own review has somehow seemingly vanished from Google as well! How convenient.||||This place is a sham pure and simple. It claims to be a hotel, but it's actually an AirBNB in a clever disguise. There is NO STAFF at this place to help you when anything goes wrong. The only person that is available will ONLY TEXT you to tell you that nothing is wrong when there are clearly many obvious issues that affect the health and safety of anyone who chooses to stay here, such as:||*Bugs in the jetted tub and bathroom||*Exposed wiring||*Jetted tub jets coming apart when tub is turned on||* Broken light fixtures||*Gaps in windows and doors allowing bugs in||*Internet speed too slow to stream a

Specious, well equipped apartment. No ‘Spa’ (beside a ‘jacuzzi-bath’ in the room).|Enjoyed the equipment, wide tv/movie/nett options.|It’s a 4 apartments place with parking. The owner not present (not necessarily a problem, just info).|Proximity to the road creates some vehicles noise (bearable). Owner should take some shower maintenance

We spent our honeymoon here and the room was absolutely beautiful, only issue was when we turned on the Jets to the hot tub a bunch of debris and mildew kept shooting out. We tried several times to drain the water and let the Jets run a few times but all this Yukky stuff kept coming out of the jets. When contacting the one in charge of this issue he didn’t get back to us until we checked out of the room. I would of given this place a perfect 5 but unfortunately the hot tub is what I was lookin forward to after all the wedding planning and wedding day.
