I have stayed at many places throughout my many years in Atlanta, as a student and now a full-time worker. This has got to be the worst place. I would be able to accept most the things if I was not paying 1k+ a month but the fact that this place is that baffles me after almost being here for a year. 100% would not recommend anyone stay here. It is nasty, cockroaches throughout the hall, non-functioning AC in the halls, doors barely close in either entrance and look as if they could have been or have been pried open. My apartment has about 6-7 layers of paint, landlord special on most outlets with some actual paint in a few, first few weeks were something of about 100-200 cockroaches (over 3-4 variations, small, large) and cockroach droppings everywhere, mold all over shower door. A family

Honestly…..I keep this apartment only because of the location. We had a previous apartment manager(Sebastian) who really cared about the tenants and would help facilitate in any way how to get things taken care of. I’ve had a ton of issues since 2 weeks after I moved in… heater/ ac issue, roaches, the ceiling in the bathroom leaked because of someone upstairs, sink leaked, more roaches…. While Sebastian took care of it and deep clean outs were done, he got a pest control on a good schedule to keep the roaches away… the new management has failed completely. Sebastian left at the beginning of August, and the pest control person has shown up once since then (even tho I was supposed to be on a 3week schedule or minimum every month). I have seen roaches go in and out of the electrical plug

The property management is not efficient in their job. My ceiling kitchen fell I spend days with a huge hole in the ceiling and liking water, now my apartment is full of roaches and bugs. They don't reply to emails or calls. Is very disconcerting to live here at this time. I lost food, important documents, personal items, and more. Only because the manager didn't pay attention to my request about fixing the ceiling.

This building has the potential to be great, however, management is the WORST. There may be at most 30 tenants in this building and it takes 3-4 weeks to fix anything. When asking to have problems/issues, fixed, instead of complying I have been told "well, we have a waiting list. If you want to leave, leave. We have people waiting to move in." This is just one, of very many examples of how poor managements attitude is. Not worth the rent.

I’ve met many property managers but I must admit that Sergio is the perfect one . He’s really active when it comes to any vacant concern . His time is on point . He make sure the job is done and mostly make sure that we are satisfied with our home .
