Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel

We recommend this hotel given it's quality and affordability. Stayed 1 night. Arrived at midnight. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but well equipped, clean with good water pressure and temperature. Our heat was broke, but maintenance fixed it immediately after notification. The hotel was a little worn and out dated, but a good value considering the price range, breakfast, service, location near the airport, and overall quality for the money.

The General Manager and Front Desk staff were very rude and unprofessional when handling a PLANNED Power Outage by the power company. We were given two hours notice for a 7pm to 7am complete outage, and was met with a response of “You didn’t have to stay here, you could have gone somewhere else”. Iwas halfway through my stay there and she thought it was just that easy to scramble and find a new hotel for the last night’s stay. The night was greatly affected by this outage and the front desk staff offered no apologies whatsoever. I have never been talked to or treated that way by any hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely disappointed and will never stay here again.

Positive: Location was great and free parking! Negative: My room was small , flooring in bathroom was coming off, small old tv, bed was very uncomfortable could not sleep kept hearing a noise like a generator kicking throughout the night. I had to check into another hotel to get some rest before traveling home.

This hotel is not what one would think of as fancy, but had exactly what was needed. The room was clean, we had one issue with the shower that was addressed immediately by staff. There is a pool. Breakfast was good, parking was abundant and long term parking was super reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was great. Very clean, helpful front desk staff, and breakfast was awesome. The pool was great as well. Close to the airport and a really good restaurant across the street (Jimmy's famous american tavern).
