Positive: Location. Very close to theme parks. Negative: The room was filthy. Hair was on sheets, towels were stained, holes in walls, tub didn’t drain. Also, loud construction began at about 8:30 am with no notice or warning.

The breakfast was disgusting. The rooms are really old. The bathroom was totally cramped. The towels were dirty with old makeup stains. The bath had standing water. The sheets appeared clean. The pillows were left over my pillow feeling to it. Way too overstuffed not comfortable. The refrigerator froze. Our chicken. The blankets were really thin, but there was a heater and it worked really great. I didn’t visit the pool. We had three people staying in the room with only one container of shampoo and conditioner so I got extra at the desk that was OK. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. For starters just to get to the elevator you have to wrap around the inside of the hotel to the other side with bags. It became a big issue since we were traveling with toddlers/ elderly. Our bed was broken and almost made my grandmother fall. The TVs don’t work on the weekends. The connection is so bad it glitches the entire time. The WiFi also doesn’t work. The fridges freeze any items put in it, which became an issue when putting produce in the fridge for our toddler. They have a washer and dryer but don’t have options to buy laundry detergent within the hotel. Our breakfast table was broken and leaned to one side which we found out when our food almost fell off the table when setting it down. If you are looking for a hotel that is worth the pri

We stayed here through AirBnB and loved it. It within walking distance of Historic Williamsburg and a lot of shopping! The staff were very kind and helpful! Breakfast was good, our only fuss would have been that breakfast consisted of the same sausage, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. However, they were consistent! Overall, this is in a great spot for Historic Williamsburg. The walk is lovely both day and night! The staff are kind and respectful! We enjoyed our stay!

The room was acceptable especially for the price. Breakfast was very meager and lacking. The location was good, close to William and Mary.
