Best Western White Mountain Inn

Rooms are decent size and clean. Staff is nice but not friendly, if that makes sense. Breakfast area is small so if you want to sit you need to get down there early or late. Location is 10min from Cannon Mountain and 10min from Littleton, so pretty good. Pool was uncomfortably cold and they regularly ran out of towels. Gym has a tread, an elliptical and cable machine

The good. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The bad. This is one of the noisiest places that we’ve ever stayed in. You could hear people talking in the hallway and I heard people talking in the room next to ours. Also, there was popping and creaking the entire night. I woke up several times during the night because of the loudness of the noises and my wife said the same thing. The breakfast was the usual but the breakfast area was small and dimly lit. If the property was full, there is no way that everyone will get breakfast.

Positive: Only the location. No toilet paper at all in the gym bathroom. Low toilet paper in our room. Negative: Unfortunately, although the exterior from the highway looks impressive, different story once you drive to the entrance. There's a huge dumpster filled with stuff sitting right where you drive up to unload. None of the staff have any idea why it's there.

Clean enough. Friendly enough. Breakfast... enough, I guess. Isn't your room supposed to be cleaned during a multi-day hotel though? And new towels? That didn't happen. They did come and fix the TV tha was on a weird setting and not working. But no new towels. No made beds etc. Keep your expectations low and you will enjoy yourself and write your own 3 star review.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a bit concerned about our stay but I am pleased to mention our family enjoyed our three nights there and we were less than half an hour away from Bretton Woods. We did find the pool to be too cold though.
