Best Western University Inn

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating for us and our dog. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Shower was clean and had plenty of hot water. Location is convenient - just a short ride into the heart of Ithaca without the headache. Highly recommended.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Ithaca. The hotel is conveniently located near Cornell University and the city of Ithaca. It is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by residential areas. The rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are good. The fitness center has basic aerobic and weight machines and is open 24 hours. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The value for the price is good.

Positive: It was easy to get to and it was set back from the road. I did get the best sleep I ever got in a hotel here. Negative: The hotel is very dated. It was like going back into time to the 1970's when we stepped into the room. The shower/tub needed to be replaced and didn't feel stable, the phone in the room did not work. There are more issues, but the test limit is reached.

We booked rooms for the crew in this location for convenience to a job site. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff is attentive, helpful, and kind. The breakfast room is clean and always stocked. The location is so close to downtown Ithaca where there are shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western University Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent and very close to Cornell University, which made our visit easy and smooth. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient stay. We would definitely stay here again.
