Best Western Troy Inn

Excellent! Very very clean rooms. Not sterile and cold, but warm and homey. Good breakfast, great coffee. I enjoyed my stay here, I will be back!

Very friendly front desk and they suprised us at check in by giving us 2 water bottles and 2 bags of snack mix, nice bonus! Dog friendly room and very clean. Breakfast was a nice selection and very tasty. Plenty of parking. Great competitive prices!

Small parking lot be careful if your pulling a trailer. My shower leaked continuously and I had to fix my toilet so it would quit running but other wise clean and the people working there are very nice and helpful.

This hotel is a bit further down the road from the many gas stations and fast food restaurants along this stretch of road in Troy. That does lend to it being quieter, but it's not as convenient - going anywhere requires driving or delivery. The free breakfast wasn't good (biscuits with sausage gravy & scrambled eggs), but it's free. Check-in was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The side doors don't open because the key card reader doesn't work. There is a pool but I didnt use it.

Positive: Easy to get to and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. Hotel employee helped us out and checked us in as soon as we arrived with a very calm and welcoming demeanor! Negative: Carpet in room was a little musty/ sticky.
