Best Western Sonora Inn & Suites

Very nice studio with two large tvs. Clean and spacious. Service was and an exceptional breakfast. The only complaint I have is it's a little bit old school and there was no USB connections. I've become spoiled to having them in my room. Other than that no complaints whatsoever.

We are guest in the best western hotel in Nogales AZ , since 2 days ago we checked in the hotel front desk some women told us the water pipes burst in all of Nogales, AZ and there’s currently no water… well we are doing construction on the food city in Nogales and there’s water in the store. They’re lying and still charging guest instead of turning us away and giving our money back, they wanted to charge me a whole night because I forgot my luggage and there’s still no running water, there’s 3 of us and none us couldn’t shower due to no water! This should be illegal ! We checked in since Thursday June 26, 2025 and we’re scheduled to check out today Saturday June 28, 2025 I’m picking up our stuff now at 12:51 pm and there’s still no water, my boss spoke with the front desk and they tried to

Spacious room. Very clean. Pool, bbq, gym. Everything in good working order. Staff friendly +very helpfull. Definitely will stay here again when in area.

I rarely keave reviews, but this hotel goes above and beyond!!! The hotel staff is so welcoming, gracious and kind! We arrived over an hour before check in and our room was ready!!🙂They all take great pride in their hotel and making sure it's clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet staff lady working this morning took great care that everything was in perfect order and kept the breakfast items always full! The king room was very spacious with high ceilings. If you are needing a place to stay in Nogales, this is it!!
