Working at the mine in Patagonia. Isn’t super affordable for what you get. Black mold in shower. Dirty rooms and was told that no cleaning service is provided but must be done for a stay longer than a week. Saying that I would have to pay 24$ for the service no follow up about that or any information on it. No amenities on site for the price. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.

Well to be honest the word of mouth the locals really rate the accommodations as friendly and quiet and to me it was nice but all the bad reviews and the way the management responded to the negative was a downer and makes a guest look hard at what others complained about and looking at the list I found many of them truthful so I’ll stay here again but the management needs to focus on repairing their responses to complaints with an , we’re sorry and we’ll try to fix the problem instead of calling them a lying review.

Terrible place. Hair and sand all over the blankets and sheets, bugs in the bathroom, blood on the wall, trash in room and rude service from host. I left 30 minutes after I got there

Reserved via Airbnb for one night w/ a pet(additional $20). The pet wasn't going to be there at all, which we decided after we booked. We didn't care to call and get that charge removed as it wasn't a big deal. Later, we got a call from the receptionist DEMANDING we pay more money for our pet despite having already paid online and telling her we were boarding our dog locally. The lady was absolutely rude and a scammer. The Airbnb description has two different pet fees, which is confusing. This place has always been sketchy but we wanted to try it since it had been renovated. As someone from Nogales, I know a lot about this place. BEWARE of hidden fees and unprofessional employees.
