Best Western Sheridan Center

Booked a pet friendly room, hotel called 30 minutes before us getting there and said they didn’t have any rooms and there’s nothing they can do. So now we’re in a snow storm with our dog, no refund and finding a different hotel. If you only have so many pet friendly rooms then that should be known when booking. And to not refund is crap!!’ This is the second Best western we’ve tried and had issues at both, we’re done trying with them, 2 chances and no more.

Positive: It was pet friendly Negative: Location is horrible, you have to go from building to building, had to go do my laundry in town cause there’s was out of order, pet friendly room was a down grade worst pet friendly hotel we have stayed at.

A very busy hotel but the reservation staff was so efficient and helpful. The 2 dbl rooms were extremely nice, clean and good size. Nice patio. Parking was easily accessible. The hotel was downtown and our room was on the backside which was in a quite area. Plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. I did write up a survey on Sept 3.

Ashley the manager is spectacular. I was in town for work looking for some ice and ran across their amazing breakfast. Being an animal lover I was walking my dog with me and when I saw breakfast I wanted to take a look. She was more than willing to pet sit my killer of a 3.5 lbs dog. Not to mention the gal making the food was very accommodating and amazing. On my way back I met Heather a housekeeper who gave me extra towels and shampoo. She was very kind and obviously hardworking. Stating “if I need anything at all just to let her know.” Overall an amazing experience. Being from the Sheridan area and coming back shows that you can’t quite find amazing service like you can in Wyo.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast. Stayed one night on my cross-country road trip and this hotel had both the best bacon, and the least expensive room. The staff member at the desk was welcoming and efficient when she checked us in at approximately 10pm. The staff member at breakfast was attentive, making sure hot food was refilled as needed and dishes were cleared. Would stay here again!
