Seven Seas is very conveniently located. It is close to everything and is right off the interstate. It is a lot bigger than it looks at first. It is a motel but is very clean and landscaping is beautiful. The pool and hot tub looked very well kept but being January, we did not try them out. The room was very reasonably priced but did not offer a free breakfast. We did make use of the on-site cafe which is basically the only eating place around close. The food was good and reasonably priced. The men who worked in the cafe were the best! They were polite, friendly, and very hospitable. They seemed to have a relationship with many of the patrons who were business travelers. This is not a high end hotel but is clean and well maintained and I would happily book it again.
Great stay at Best Western seven seas. Very surprising low rate. We particularly enjoyed the café, the service was outstanding and very friendly staff was upbeat and fun both in the evening and the next morning. The front counter employee's weren't nearly as friendly as the Cafe but they weren't rude either. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa but it looked very nice. The rooms could use some updating but ours was clean and comfortable. We were surprised that there wasn't a coffee maker but I suppose they want you in the Cafe. Overall great experience and can highly recommend Best Western seven seas.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱. I stayed there for 2 weeks, working from home during the day, going out at night. Pros:- excellent value for the comfort and amenities at under $65/night- great desk & comfortable chair for laptop work- nice modern Philips large-screen TV you can connect to via HDMI- the Internet was ok (~10Mbps) but disconnected daily (reconnecting the WiFi restored it)- pretty quiet considering the proximity to the freeway: just white noise, haven't heard any revving or sirens- walls don't provide much sound insulation but I've heard only ONE neighbor conversation during my 2-week stay. It did help that I chose a room on the top floor, and next to the janitorial room (#522)- the wall-mounted A/C was surprisingly quiet, and heating worked fast- ventilation was oka
I arrived late they gave me a crappy nap for the hotel that I couldn't find my room in the back of the hotel very difficult. A lamp didn't work the TV remote didn't work. Call for a late checkout and they gave me an extra half an hour wow that's so helpful not but then I got to knock on the door at 10:00 an hour before checkout and housekeeping wanted to see if I was still in the room. They say there's a restaurant it closes at night it closes at 10 in the morning. Yes the hotel is cheap but I think I should have spent 20 bucks more and got a much better hotel somewhere else Now I know why someone was checking out at 10:00 at night when I was trying to check in Probably wouldn't stay here again ..
I stayed at Best Western Seven Seas and had a very disappointing experience. We checked in around 8:00 PM, and when we got to the room, there was no blanket on the bed. I immediately called the front desk and was told housekeeping was gone. The front desk staff said she would check for extra blankets, but then told me there were none available. As our stay continued, it became clear the room had not been properly prepared before our arrival. The toilet paper roll was already used, there was a lack of towels, the mini fridge was left open, and there were no trash bags in the trash cans. These are basic housekeeping details and strongly suggested the room was never properly serviced. At checkout, the front desk asked if we drank any bottled water from the room, which costs $3.50.
