The entrance is right off the freeway, and by that I don't mean "oh it's convenient" I mean you get off the freeway and before you even get to the end of the exit ramp you need to move over a lane and take a hard 90 degree turn at like 40 miles an hour just to get into the back lot ...at least that's what GPS will tell you to do, I reccomend going around the block, it's safer. The rooms are okay but the walls are so thin. I heard the voices of people talking pretty much all night and some dude constantly snorting something. There was also some weird alarm outside that kept going off. I literally got less than two hours of sleep after driving twelve hours with another ten to go the next day

This review is way overdue. We had stayed overnight on our way to Colorado from back in June 2025. It is an older building but the updates were really well done and we enjoyed our stay so much, we decided to book a room for our return trip about a week later. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very tasty. Check-in was a breeze and the rooms were very modern. It was definitely one of the better Best Westerns we have stayed in.

A bit scruffy looking on the outside, room was decent & a good price. Walls are a bit thin, guest next door was yelling at the TV & it was very clear he was not happy with the sporting event he was watching.||My issues - no one at the desk when arrived early evening. Who schedules just one person at a hotel desk? Possibly the same person that 1. allows the hotel map, which is very detailed as to what kind of room is where, to sit on the counter where anyone can see it. IA - another guest arrived while I was waiting. That leads to 2. I noticed that there seemed to be no elevator (2 story) so asked - she said yes, I was on the 2nd floor & no, there was no elevator. I have a bad knee & after a long drive I was tired & asked if there was anywhere else I could be. (See 1A.) She asked if I minde

The number of ‘not right’ with this room far outweighs anything else about this place. If you want to stay in a room from the 1970’s this is your place. When I called to ask why there was no local tv stations. I was told that I had to do some things to the TV to make it work. I am not employed by Best Western and do not do maintenance on their TVs. They should maintain them in an order that a guest can turn it on and watch TV. The bed is hard as a rock, thankfully the ruts in the mattress weren’t too deep, about 6 inches. Their towels are so stiff and rough. They feel like they’ve been over soaked since they came into existence. The coffee machine is also from the 1990s and taste like it has sat there since then as well. If you’re a light sleeper, you will not enjoy this place at all.
