Best Western San Bernardino Hotel

DO NOT BOOK!!!! My husband booked us a room here for our wedding anniversary during a planned trip to Big Bear. Unfortunately, on the day of our stay, I had a medical emergency and ended up in the ER. My husband called the hotel immediately to cancel and explain the situation as soon as we knew we couldn’t make it. Despite providing my hospital discharge paperwork and proof of the emergency, the hotel refused to refund even one of the two nights we booked. We were dealing with medical bills and a genuinely unavoidable situation, yet they showed zero compassion or flexibility! Extremely disappointing customer service. If you ever face an unexpected medical emergency, don’t expect any understanding from this place. We will never book here again!!

Rooms were very clean but in my opinion price is a lil to high. They do have a gym onsite but no swimming pool. Also during my stay they had no hot breakfast only the grab and muffins, apple juice, fruit cups, cereal but no milk. Over all the area is very convenient lots of places to eat that are walking distance. Also freeway on and off ramp are less than a mile away.

Nobody was here, starting off. Like nobody was here so it was already suspicious but recently we tried to book with them and the people were extremely prejudice towards us, and it was definitely backhanded discrimination. Do not come here wasting expensive money on unnecessarily rude service!

We stayed here last night . Yes be sure and get on the opposite side from the interstate if possible. The noise is noticeable but we had the ac running so it did drown out the traffic noice. Mandy helped us at checkin. She was so courteous and helpful. She is a real asset to this location. The breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. I was very pleased.

I'm currently staying here at the Best Western in San Bernardino and this is my 2nd night. I gotta say, the beds are super comfortable! The rooms are super clean and the bathrooms are very clean as well and well maintained. I did stay in the room with the 1 King sized bed but I was unable to sleep because I am a light sleeper and the noise of the fwy was difficult for me to adapt to. However, they did move me to the opposite side with 2 queen sized beds and let me tell you I have no complaints. The hospitality is great. The gentleman that stays for the overnight shift is the sweetest and has made my stay extremely comfortable! Thank you!
