Best Western Salbasgeon Inn & Suites of Reedsport

We really enjoy staying at Best Westerns because you get a good price, good quality, and you know what to expect—and this location did not disappoint. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great, and we met Melissa at the breakfast bar—she was really sweet and made the start of the day even better. We stayed here after having dinner and some really good beer at Two Shy Brewing, and it was the perfect place to stay for the night. Overall, a great value, clean accommodations, friendly staff, and a solid breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in Reedsport.

We had a good stay at this mostly functional, clean motel, in a pleasant coastal town with lots of nearby places to go, if you are outdoors oriented. The non-functional part included automatic sliding front doors that didn't work and were therefore left in the open position, apparently for a couple of years. Plus the hot tub was broken and the pool closed. So if you were choosing this for the aquatic attractions you might bee disappointed, but we did fine. The free breakfast did the trick, nothing fancy.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. I booked online and showed up to check in today and noticed right away that the outside of the property was in poor condition and didn’t look at all like the pictures online. I decided to go in with an open mind in hopes that maybe the rooms were nicer looking than the outside. Immediately upon entering my room I noticed a strong musty smell along with food crumbs and hair ties on the floor, cobwebs in the windowsills, and a toilet that was making a very loud noise and wouldn’t flush. There was water damage on the walls in the bathroom and the beds were caved in the middle. I decided to go back to the lobby to ask for a refund because there was no way I was going to stay there at this point. They immediately jumped to tell me that they had a “24 hou

Do Not Book Here Billing Issues I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I checked in on Sunday the 22nd and was scheduled to check out on Wednesday the 25th. For those three nights, I was charged $197.78. I decided to extend my stay by two more nights and check out on the 27th. However, I was then charged an additional $305.65, $105.65, and $100.00 — bringing my total to $709.75. If three nights were $197.78, it makes no sense that two additional nights would cost nearly $500. I have not received a clear explanation for these extra charges. I am currently contacting my bank to dispute the transactions. Unless this is resolved immediately with a proper explanation or refund, I will be escalating this further. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here carefully r
