Best Western Riverside Inn

Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and everything smelled clean and fresh the moment we walked in. The hotel was spotless, and the overall atmosphere actually gave me that warm, nostalgic feeling from when I was little and my parents would rent hotel rooms for family trips. Breakfast was delicious, and the stay was comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Wonderful night stay to break up the long legs of the trip north. Cozy rooms and enjoyed our stay with the family and pet. Lovely breakfast with gluten free options. Staff was friendly and remembered us the next week when we returned south.

We stayed on Saturday night in room 101 with my 92 year old mom. The electricity on one end went out we reported to front desk she said she would send maintenance right away we had to go back and report it again after 15 mins and again after 20 no one showed up until then. We had plugged her oxygen cylinder to it which went out i am glad it didn’t coz any problems to my mom but that was terrifying and we were there sitting without heat when temp outside was 10 degrees. Front desk was sweet she offered room move but 101 was too convenient and we were all settled in with all my mom’s equipments. Service was horrible though. Lobby was freezing and canopy lights were off when we checked in at 6 pm and checked out and 6 in the morning. They need to pay attention to details.

Our stay was fine for a quick overnight visit. The receptionist was very friendly. The building, lobby, and courtyard are well kept. Everything was functional in the room. The vinyl flooring was fine considering they are dog friendly. It was fairly quiet, including the AC. My dog barked when he heard people in the hall several times but I tried to discourage that. The breakfast room was well stocked and maintained. |The rooms are showing their age and bedding could use an update.

Positive: The hotel was extremely clean, no noise, welcoming for pets but know they charge you a extra $20 for each dog. Breakfast was excellent Negative: Not at all, loved everything
