Best Western Premier Herald Square

This is NOT your average Best Western (although we stay often at these hotels and have always been very pleased)!||Where shall I begin? This is a small boutique hotel operated by General Manager Gehad Abdelhamid and her very capable colleagues and family members. It is charming, spotlessly clean, and in a terrific midtown location . The room rates are very reasonable.||Most important to us as travelers is customer service. We make frequent visits to New York and have stayed in accommodations ranging from Air B & Bs to the Waldorf Astoria. None has provided service that matches this hotel. We were greeted professionally, courteously, and warmly. I was very happy with the experience overall. The location is excellent — just a 7-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to 5th Avenue, and about a 15–20-minute walk to Central Park. It’s close to major attractions, subway stations, and plenty of restaurants or gyros cart, which makes it a perfect base for exploring the city.The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, ideal for a short stay or just spending the night after a busy day. I really appreciated the coffee machine in the room, which was a nice bonus for a quick morning boost. The Wi-Fi connection was decent and stable enough.The only small downside was that no bottled water was provided, so it’s a good idea to bring your own.Overall, a great value and convenient choice if you’re looking for a simple, comfortable stay in a prime M

My experience was great. From the moment we checked in and met Mr. Patel, it was truly a pleasure. He was funny, pleasant, and treated us like someone had personally asked him to look after us and make sure we were taken care of. He really made the experience that much better. The room was clean, and it was so quiet in the morning, which we really appreciated. We also asked for a late checkout, and they were kind enough to grant it. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay.

The rooms are small but cozy. Beds are comfortable. The shower and water pressure are great! The heating and cooling system worked perfectly. The staff is amazing. Provided extra service of holding our luggage before our flight. Convenient location to time square, grand central station, Bryan Park. All walkable. Options in Cafe are less than impressive.

Great experience at Best Western Premier! It was easy to leave our baggage for the day when we arrived and when we left (for $5 per bag). We had Misba help us with our bags and was super quick and friendly. And Mina helped us at the desk multiple times, thanks for the street view room. This is a great location that is close to a lot of food and easy subway stations.
