Best Western Plus Woodland Hills Hotel & Suites

Don't stay here. Holes in walls. smells like weed so strong I thought I smelled like it. Pool is freezing no heat. No recognition of status on check in. Manager has ni customer service skills and infers that you are lying when you say what the complaint is, and if you use your points for free nights at this location then you have no right to complain about anything. I wish I had never wasted my points staying at this location.

Positive: Beds were comfortable, room was quiet. Negative: Room was not cleaned very well. Shower door in poor condition, hard to close, can tell it has been repaired( not well). Bed at the head of the mattress had an old cupcake wrapper and crumbs (floor underneath). Wall by other bed had tomato sauce on it.

It’s very rare that I leave a negative review, but here we go. When I book a hotel, I choose based on photos, location, and amenities. My number-one priority is a 24-hour gym and safety. I travel frequently for work, and my schedule is all over the place. When I travel with my family — like this weekend for a 5-day athletic event that ran from early morning to late evening — I also hope for a pool the grandbabies can enjoy. Unfortunately, both the gym and pool were only available from 10 AM to 8 PM. I’ve never stayed at a hotel, especially a Best Western, where I couldn’t get an early workout in. I exercise at 6 AM, not 10 AM. The website didn’t mention limited hours; in fact, it suggested otherwise. My grandkids were only able to enjoy the pool for about 30 minutes because we happened t

I read the reviews too late so I was kind of worried but there was no need for worry. We stayed 2 nights and our room was clean (in fact they cleaned it again the morning after our first night.) The shower was hard to figure out but they came up immediately after I called and show us how it worked. Very friendly staff. There was remodeling going on but it was no problem. The breakfast was OK. NOT top of the line but good. I was even a little difficult and the staff remained kind and helpful! Good job guys! Id recommend giving them a chance. These reviews are so negative but I didnt find it at all like they say. One thing I will say is somebody was having a *high* old time. The smell of Marijuana was kind of strong in places. Not the hotel's fault. Just other guests.
