Best Western Plus Sundial

We stayed at the Sundial for three nights in January. Overall it was great. The three employees we interacted with at the front desk were all polite and professional. The breakfast is complimentary, but you pick items from a board and they make it for you. We prefer buffet style? But not a huge deal. The room was very small, but fine for two people. Four would have been a squeeze. The room and the hotel grounds were immaculate, the beds were great, and the people were very nice. It is located one block from Fashion Square Mall and maybe a couple of blocks from Old Town, so a great location! I see that a few complained about noise, but we were there on a Friday night, and didn't hear anything out of the ordinary. It was a nice place to stay, and we would recommend it.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Room had a little balcony overlooking the pool. Great location to everything you want to do in Scottsdale. Great service too. It‘s in the entertainment district and is loud at night. Our room was facing the pool (back) and noise didn’t bother us. We walked to everything.

Positive: The staff were absolutely amazing! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond for me with anything I needed. I ended going back for another 2 nights due to flight delays. They were so helpful! Negative: Everything was incredible and I will be booking again!

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. I’d like to thank highly professional friendly and accommodating front desk managers- the entire team. The drawback in the room are the multiple gaps in the bathroom door- provides zero privacy , mattresses quality leave much to be desired . Having said that, a nice spacious room, an incredible nice clean stylish swimming pool, a super nice balcony almost like a patio ( loved it ). Breakfasts are great. Overall - we had a very nice stay. We will be back for sure.

I wish I could leave a great review. I was there recently on business. First of all the staff are friendly, the breakfast was really good for a small hotel. Okay here is the rough stuff. There was no working outlet near the bath or vanity area. It had a plate over it. I had to dry my hair over by the bed, not in front of a mirror. The coffee maker outlet was not working either. The shower had no door on it. The water went out on to the floor where I had to clean it up with all the towels. Really bad design. The staff acknowledged that it was not missing, it was designed that way. I hope they fix this stuff. Great little hotel near the Fashion Square area. Inconveniences were just an issue.
