Best Western Plus St. Simons

The hotel is tucked in a quiet business neighborhood with buildings that look like they're from a story book. The staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The pool/hot tub/lounge area was beautiful! The ONLY negative was that the pool was not heated. Overall, an excellent value - I would certainly stay here again!

Five stars across the board. This Best Western was an absolute bright spot in our travels. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind, the kind of hospitality that instantly lowers your shoulders after a long day.||The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt well cared for. You can tell this location takes pride in doing things right. Positive: The staff was friendly. Expect for one desk clerk, and the breakfast and was good. Negative: In the description it stated it had a whirlpool in the room. There was none. The hottub outside only half of the jets worked . Ants in the shower. This was my 60th milestone birthday, and it was semi good

This is not a "Plus" property. The hotel is an older property. It is in a location where other professional and various business are. The breakfast room has been updated as is the lobby area. But the rooms are old, small. Windows don't open. Mattress lumpy. The furnishings are cheap, and our room's headboard was filthy. All of the B.W. plus properties I had ever stayed at are super nice, almost 3 star, not this one. But when I brought my complaints to the manager, Mr. Ramon Taylor, he not only listened but took action to right my disappointment. Mr. Taylor's type of professionalism and|courtesy is un-matched. He is welcoming and insures each day's breakfast is hot and delicious. I will not return to this Hotel, but individuals like Mr. Taylor made my stay|as comfortable as could be.

This was genuinely one of the best vacations I have experienced. Went for a little couples get away and despite a couple of small issues such as keys not working (which was honestly nobody’s fault the door battery just went dead) but other than that this was a 10/5 vacation! Wonderful rooms which are perfect for a couples get away! Hugh shoutout to housekeeping, as a front desk agent most places slack in the housekeeping area but this place was 10/10 everything spotless!!!! Gorgeous pool area with an even nicer breakfast area nearby!!!! 5 minutes from st.simons pier! All the front desk staff are extremely nice and caring, felt like I was actually talking to a human rather than someone just locked into their job! Love this place and will definitely be back!!!
