Best Western Plus Soho Hotel

I was in town for work nearby and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast area, and menu, were the highlight of the stat but also the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my room, the design was simple and current and I could have gladly spent more time there. Only let down was the shower who was leaking water everytime I used it, not great to be stuck with a wet floormat after. I wished there place to leave the coat and shoes was better thought off, especially in winter - but other than that pretty happy

We were very happy with our choice of this hotel. The location is ideal for exploring all of Manhattan and the surrounding areas by subway. The lines NRWQ, and 6 are less than 100 meters away, and the ACE and 1 are just a little further. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room was completely renovated, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was perfect, with everything you could need. The person serving breakfast is very friendly and attentive to guests. The surrounding area isn't the prettiest in Manhattan, but it's very safe. We have already recommended it to friends, and they have returned very satisfied.

The room was as shown on the website. Even though it is a bit small which is normal for New York standard, it is clean and offers everything you need. The bathroom is exceptionally clean and nicely build. However, we needed to wait a bit for hot water in the evening. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of basic food and drinks. The staff was super friendly and answered all the questions properly.

We had a great experience. Staff was great, especially during breakfast. The room we had was not huge, but comfortable enough for 5 days. The hotel offers a gym, which is decent to solve a couple of workouts with its dumbbells and pulleys. Perhaps the best is its location. Good option when visiting the city!

This was a great hotel. They offered free breakfast every morning, even on Christmas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is on the edge of Chinatown and SoHo. The rooms are a good size and offer in room bathrooms. You can open the windows if you want and there is air conditioning and heat in each room. It was a pretty nice location. Just got sick of people trying to sell you stuff on the street as you walked by.
