Best Western Plus Ramkota Hotel

We got a room with attached smaller room with a couch that folded out into a bed. This was for our yearly New Year's Eve family time and we like this place because they have a great pool area with kiddie pool with slides for grandkids and hot tub plus a water slide in a separate pool. Everyone had a great time even though it was packed! The staff were always helpful and polite, something to say when they were so very busy. Breakfast was good and staff kept up with the large crowd next morning. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Spent two nights here while attending a family wedding. Front desk, I believe his name was Kasey, was awesome and very helpful. The complementary breakfast was one of the better ones we have had, scambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, pancakes, etc. The room was very clean, would stay here again.

I paid $235 for a whirlpool suite. It was the biggest joke ever. The whirlpool was just a big tub- no jets. The room was filthy. The sheets hadn't been changed. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was blood smeared on the door jamb. There was a big blob of ketchup or BBQ sauce on the side of the TV stand. The room lighting sucked. It's way too dark in the rooms & bathroom even. I complained to the front desk & was told they'd make a note of it & have the manager contact me. I SHOULDVE NEVER HAD TO STAY IN THAT ROOM! IT WAS DISGUSTING! AND I DEFINITELY SHOULDNT HAVE HAD TO PAY $235 FOR SUCH A REPULSIVE ROOM! I am beyond upset. I could've stayed at the brand new Canopy or Highpoint Hotel for way less money! Lesson learned.

Positive: Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, updated room. Negative: Hair in shower(my biggest pet peeve), dust all over everything in room

This hotel is very big but conveniently located right off the interstate so it's easy to get to. It is a little outdated but very clean! Beds & pillows were comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the waterpark but thought the water was a little cold. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good & very spacious & had a lot of seating. Fire alarm went off for a few minutes in the middle of the night & people were a little loud in the hallway, not obnoxious, just having fun because it was new years eve so it was expected. Overall we had a good stay & would stay here again!
