Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few things that made it feel a bit overpriced for what we got. The staff was honestly the best part of the experience. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, including the night security guard, which I really appreciated. They also didn’t charge me for a late checkout, which was a nice surprise. That said, the hotel itself felt more like a motel-style property with outdoor hallways, which wasn’t really the vibe I was expecting. Part of the property was also under construction during our stay, and the breakfast offered was only continental. The room was in good condition. Nothing inside the room had damage and it was clean. The late night receptionist was very nice and reminded us multiple times that they serve coffee and hot cocoa all day every day. The shower head lacked pressure when on the full shower spray setting but it did the job. The only issue I had with the stay was the breakfast. Their dining hall was under construction (which I did not know when booking) so their food options were mainly all processed. They only offered some fruits, Quaker granola bars, prepackaged pastries, breads, and a yogurt/oatmeal bar with 6 toppings. There were no pancakes, waffles, eggs...basic breakfast items that would expect for paying at a hotel like this. So call before booking to inquire about their breakfast options. Otherwise, you

We stayed in the 8 person suite. We really enjoyed the 2 full bathrooms in our room, this was great at the end of a long day at the parks and getting ready in the morning time as there were 5 of us. Attached is a menu of what’s currently being offered for breakfast 6:30am-9:30am while they undergo renovations to the breakfast room. Everything is instant, oatmeal is like the bags you’d purchase at the store, yogurt comes out of a machine etc. The hotel did not list the breakfast room being closed, instead I found this out online while looking at reviews a few days prior to our trip. This meant no full hot breakfast as advertised on the hotel website. No compensation was given either for the false information. No timeline of when the full hot breakfast would be offered again. Best Western was a really great hotel, though it is under construction they did a great job making sure everything was accessible for their guests. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice and clean.|Need to give a shout to Sergio who helped make sure everything was full for breakfast, he greeted you with a smile and hello everytime you walked in.|It is little down the road but hop, skip and jump to Toy Story Shuttle which made it very nice. |We only had one issue was there was t enough parking, but they resolved the matter very quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are headed to Disney.
