Best Western Plus Pioneer Park Inn

When I tell you that there is nothing better than waking up to the smell of bacon, I mean that with my entire soul.. I was lucky enough to get a room on the first floor close to the lobby. In the morning when the bacon was cooking, that is what woke me up, I felt like I truly found my happy place. The guy who handles the breakfast buffet, does a really good job of keeping it stocked and clean, everything is fresh, he is very courteous and will not even shake hands because he is handling food. I asked his name, I think he said it's CJ.The breakfast changes every day. It's an actual meal, not just cereal and muffins like most places. There is a coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby available anytime. The indoor pool is nice and clean. My room was right next to it, and couldn't hear t

The staff at the hotel are absolutely fantastic! They go out of their to make my family feel welcome. They accommodate any needs we have, | Bringing extra towels, makeing excellent breakfast, and even adjusting the temperature in the pool room. |They make staying at the hotel feel like home. |We will continue to visit this location.

The service was ok and my room was a bit dirty. My main gripe was my room was very noisy and I wasnt even there during busy season. The breakfast was pretty good though! Id reccomend using vrbo to find a better bang for your buck.

We travel full-time and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The staff are friendly and accommodating! This is a wonderful hotel if you have children! The breakfast is exceptional! Our family wouldn't think of staying anywhere else whenever we come to Fairbanks! 💙
