Best Western Plus Pavilions

Great hotel, second time staying here. Took a Lyft from Long Beach airport, it was quick and easy. We arrived about 10am and were surprised with our room being ready and available. Didn't have a car, but parking appears to be ample right outside the rooms. Room is basic, but has everything you need. Beds are comfortable with 4 pillows on each bed. Room has refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Room has a table with two chairs, large dresser, and closet with plenty of hangers. Ample towels which are thick, soft, and fluffy. TV has a great lineup of cable channels. Housekeeping does an awesome job. Room was spotless. We leave our do not disturb sign on the door many days as we don't require daily cleaning, but it is available every day if you wish. We always had clean towel

This is very convenient for Disneyland, and accessible without a car by using the 50 bus from the Anaheim Artic hub. I have previously stayed at the Best Western Plus hotel just 100 yards away, and this is similar, but the difference is, the breakfast, which at this hotel comes in the form of vouchers for Denny's next door. This worked better for us, and the staff at Denny's were very good, topping up coffee without charging extra (the voucher states one small drink), and the three items allowed includes a plate of pancakes. The pool was good too, and not crowded, and room service was there if you wanted it. It's not luxury but it's good value for the price.

Positive: It was clean and the room was spacious. Negative: There was water spilled on the floor of the elevator. I stopped by the front desk to let them know. The woman at the front desk was typing. I stood in front of her waiting for her to acknowledge me. She said, "yes?" without even looking up! Rude.

- Great location just 8min away from Disney drop off (uber was about 8dls) or about 18 minute walk - rooms were nice, good size, comfortable beds - Staff was super nice and accommodating, they opened the laundry 2hrs earlier for us. - Parking is included - breakfast at Dennys next door is included (starting at 6:30am perfect for rope drop at Disney)

Location is perfect if you plan to visit Disney. Just a 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Rooms a bit dated but well kept up.
