Best Western Plus Park Place Inn - Mini Suites

We chose this hotel primarily for its location, and that is truly its main selling point — you can literally walk across the street to Disneyland, which is very convenient, especially with kids.||Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The noise level was a major issue. The walls were extremely thin, and we could hear neighboring guests clearly, including showers, as well as constant noise from the pool area. Despite requesting a quiet room and clearly noting that we were traveling with a 5-year-old, we were placed in a room near the elevator and facing the pool, which made it very difficult to sleep.||It also felt like the staff didn’t fully listen to or accommodate our needs, particularly given that we had communicated them in advance.||For the price point, the room quality

Rooms were clean, mattress was a tad hard, lobby was great ! Love that they have scooter rentals right in the lobby. Free daily breakfast was delicious. The only drawback is it was next door upstairs with no elevator, however if you ask they will deliver breakfast to your room !!! Customer service is top notch !!! Closest hotel to the parks you can get !

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! The room fit our family of five well with the pullout couch. Easy five minute walk to the parks and downtown Disney. The pool and hot tub were closed for refurbishment in January so I don’t have an opinion on that but we had the option of going to a neighboring hotel pool, (though we didn’t have time because the parks were our priority). Complementary coffee and breakfast made for an easy start to the day with the option of a to-go-box to pack into the park for later! Highly suggest!

Positive: Unbeatable location right across from the Disneyland property entrance! Super friendly staff and great breakfast, too. Negative: Rooms were a bit humid and the views were not exactly scenic. But they were cleaned well everyday and pleasant overall!

The rooms are ok as far as appearances but we are paying for the location so I can't really complain. The best part, is the service. We had a late check-in and the attendant told us to make sure we get our license plate number so we didn't have to come back outside. We did have a spider problem. One small one we managed to kill but the large one was TOO BIG and on the ceiling. We called the front desk and Scott came to our rescue. He was funny and helpful, and even explained how to use the remote channel options for our TV. Definitely would stay here again.
