Best Western Plus Oswego Hotel and Conference Center

I had stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. I can say that this was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. I would imagine that in the summer the views are fantastic. If we ever come to Oswego again, we will for sure stay here again. P.S. the free breakfast was great. Kids also loved the pool.

Positive: Room with a view. Negative: Understaffed for the number of guests. Our room was one with the lights on. Looked like the cleaners didn’t quite finish because there was no soap or bathroom cus.

My husband and I were met by a very friendly, competent person at the front desk, who allowed us to check in early and gave us all the information we needed to use the hotel. Our king suite was bright and spacious and immaculately clean. The view was gorgeous. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. There was a good sized pool with lap lanes, a hot tub, steam room, and sauna and a full-time attendant. The hotel is within walking distance or a very short drive of the sites we wanted to see in Oswego. We were sorry that we had only planned to stay one night.

We went to this place for the first time and I must say that the people in the town are very very nice. Hotel staff are pleasant. Especially the receptionists. They serve breakfast between 6am to 9am I think and it wasn't bad at all. They cleaned up in between to make sure there isn't too much spill or left over around. Overall, it was a nice experience with my family.

Was a nice visit! Employee sunny very helpful and keeps the facility smelling good and clean. Show us the easiest ways to get around the hotel and the location of the swimming pool. Breakfast staff was amazing! Will definitely return.
