All Seasons Inn

I booked this place online and i played for in advance. we pull up to the office, and it wasn't very clean looking. He gave us the key to room 5 . We noticed that the screen door wasn't there. the rest of rooms did. We entered the room, and the smell was overpowering. The door was not lined up with dead bolt so had to use just the doorknob lock. The room was clean below except for the big spider's nest hang over the door. The air conditioner filter was completely pugged with dust. They don't allow smoking in the rooms, but we respected. My brother had a cigarette in his hand at the door, and it wasn't lit. He walked by and seen that we guess. I got charged $359. dollars on my credit card to pay for the smoke smell in our room. i called him and he didn't care he just said you we

The hotel is just Ok, There are much better places nearby for less. The prices went way up this year. When we arrived his credit card system would Not work, tried 3 cards. We did not have enough cash so he told us to go to an ATM. We then found a much nicer place nearby for less so we stayed there. I called to tell him and he insisted we didn't cancel so we owed him the full amount. He was very impolite and unprofessional. I offered a fee for not cancelling (after his antiquated system didn't work) and he was completely unreasonable. We had no choice but to stay elsewhere. So he then got his lousy system working and illegally used one of my cards that I never authorized and charged the full amount for the rooms we never stayed in. This is far from over. Stay anywhere but here!

🤗 Enjoying this place very much! I got very comfortable out first night 🖤🌬️💨🧘🌨️⛄ Very affordable! Very calm and quiet! Clean and friendly! And everything is just down yonder.

We stayed at this motel two years ago. Everything was clean and we liked it. This year, my husband went with friends and it was terrible. He was bitten by bedbugs during the night and had to leave for another hotel. The internet doesn't work, the ice machine doesn't work. Terrible conditions. Avoid staying here.

If you are booking for the nearby splash water park, book the waterpark FIRST. Sometimes the water park is booked up. I called literally 5 min after making the reservation because the water park was sold out and asked for a release and reschedule. they refused, citing a policy of 48 hours. I repeated that I just paid 5 min ago without knowing the water park was sold out. Too bad, they refused the refund. NEVER PAY them in advance. Horrible service on a simple request. We will go to the water park next weekend but I'm never staying there.
