Best Western Plus Orlando Lake Buena Vista South Inn & Suites

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and as always, it was a pleasurable experience. I had some trouble checking in, and it was due to using a third-party, which I intend to book directly through them for future visits, but Josue was absolutely wonderful. He assisted in sorting everything out and displayed great customer service with a positive attitude. Thank you Josue for assisting me and ensuring that all my needs were met during our stay. Everything in the room was great and clean. This is definitely my go to when visiting the area. Thanks again!

My first time staying at the BW and I must say I liked it. The room was espacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had breakfast which had a variety of things to choose from. Also, the employees were very nice and helpful. I visit Orlando about 5 times a year. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit.

Simply spectacular! The rooms were spotless and the location was excellent. Bhavin at the front desk helped me with everything; he was very kind and attentive. I really wanted to come back, and I will! I'm leaving happy to have been treated like a king.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Their shuttle times to disney aren't really that flexible. Their beds are extremely creaky and hard. The walls are paper thin. The night before disney there was a group of girls screaming and laughing all night till 3am then they started back up at 6am. Awful loud noises all morning. Its been 2 weeks still haven't received my deposit back. Front desk told me to talk to the manager Monday then transferred me without a warning only to hear the mailbox is full. The hot tub was not even hot 😂 pretty laughable how awful this place is. Save your money for a different hotel.

This was our third stay at the Best Western Plus on Polynesian Isle Blvd in just the past few weeks, and once again it did not disappoint. Bertha and Alex at the front desk were truly outstanding during each of our stays. They were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference and kept us coming back. The property is conveniently located close to the Disney parks and surrounded by great shopping and dining options, making it an easy and practical place to stay. Both the room and the overall property were clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were clean and relaxing after long days at the parks. Consistency matters, and this hotel has delivered that for us multiple times. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend
